Spicy Baked Camembert&Homemade bread

 I was thinking to make something new and simple the same time . I was craving cheese and something sweet at the same time I know that's a weird mix !  So I went to my fridge I found camembert cheese and I thought of making some nice and fluffy bread. It didn't really take me long and i had fun while making it actually.  Here is what I made.

CAMEMBERT CHEESE:



Ingredients

1 whole Camembert (about 350gr)2 sprigs of rosemary1 pinch of chili flakesHoney or Extravirgin olive oil to drizzleSea salt flakes and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Score a deep cross on the top rind of the cheese and insert the 2 sprigs of rosemary.Sprinkle with chili flakes, season with salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with honey or olive oil.Arrange the Camembert in its wooden box on in a small baking pot.Bake in a preheated oven to 180C/360F (oven fan 160C) for 15-20 mins.

Remove from the oven, and serve with cheese crackers or toasted bread slices. Enjoy!

BREAD
Ingredients:

500g strong white flour,plus extra for

2 tsp salt7g sachet fast-action yeast3 tabsp oliveoil
300kg water
